50 min psychotherapy session
All sessions will be charged after each session. We will tailor your psychotherapy sessions to your particular needs and determine the length and structure of your treatment plan.
I am currently licensed in California and can only provide this service to those residing in the state.
I do not offer a sliding-scale but you may be able to use your insurance benefits for reimbursement. I can help you figure out your benefits with your permission.
Accepted Payments
I currently accept HSA, debit, credit card through a secure payment platform. I do not accept in-network insurance at this time. I am happy to discuss your specific situation during your initial consultation.
I am an out-of-network provider with most PPO Plans. Payment is made by the client at the time of the session, and if you choose, insurance will reimburse you a percentage of the session cost. Many insurance panels require a deductible to be paid first and so your out-of-pocket expenses might be higher initially. Insurance plan coverage varies widely, so please check with your provider via phone or online for specific coverage and rates of reimbursement. I can also call your insurance company for you to verify your benefits and walk you through the process of reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
